As part of Manchester Manufacturing Group Ltd we also operate a fast track manufacturing model which means from confirmation of order details we will produce your blinds or printed fabric within 10 – 15 working days as standard.
Additionally, we also offer fast track services where for a small premium we can expedite your order in a fraction of normal lead times, useful when time is of the essence.
Once your order is ready to dispatch you then have a number of options:
Option 1
Call and collect it, useful if you’re local.
Our warehouse is located on Holland Street, Denton in Manchester.
Option 2
We dispatch it for you to your sales office, perfect for when your customers are coming to you to collect.
Option 3
We can drop ship on your behalf, direct to your customer’s site.
The latter is something we do for many of our customers, in this instance you supply any documentation you’d like to include in the packaging, promotional literature, delivery notes, branded labels and we include everything for you. We then dispatch using national couriers, we choose the best option for you based on the blind size and service you require, then forward the tracking details so you can liaise with your customer.
And for the avoidance of doubt we operate with absolute discretion, your customer will only ever see your details and never ours.
To keep you posted through the process our customer service team are always available, they monitor the progress of your order as it goes through the factory and can update you on the status at any point.
